This is one of my pieces in honor of First Artists:  those who drew and painted and “pecked” on cave and canyon walls and lava and other rocks.  

This animal-headed shaman is holding "defending sticks".  The cave is damp, with lots of moist mineral runs down the walls.  The colors are luscious shades of pumpkin, deep burnt orange, and red browns.
