'A Queens Legacy' is the fourth piece in the HATTS series. The piece is lavishly decorated with historical elements are represented by cut out images of women of power and stature all wearing similar hats. Iconic symbols distinctly float in the background to evoke the thought and elegance and beauty.
The image is painted in oil. The collage elements as well as the Swarovski crystals makes this piece a mixed media work of art.
