The images in this painting emerged from swirling paint brush strokes applied to the canvas using a pastel palette. Various forms like faces began to appear and I brought them forth and the thought that all these faces were me came into my consciousness....the face in the top left took on the body of a dancing shamam, face in the middle like an infant with energy coming out from the head,surrounded by two faint older faces The work on the painting culminated with a self portrait on the right using a mirror to view my face.
