2006 An enchanting visual site along the California coast is the Monarch migration, which has fascinated me each Autumn. To watch the courtship flights, these insects appear delicate, yet their sturdiness enables them to fly a great distance from Canada, and to withstand the wind and rain of a California winter. One of my most popular images, I have been commissioned to paint the migration three times. This painting belongs to Dana Myers Auto Repair and is exhibited in that Albany business.
