Biography Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from Western Michigan University majored in painting minored in sculpture. Part of The Point Artist co-op community in Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, San Francisco since 1998, where my studio is located. Also check out my Facebook pg. 'Alan Perkins Art' for more and easily uploaded Art..... Participated in many 'Open Studios' throughout the years here at the shipyard. My father was and my daughter is a very talented artist. My father, Joe Perkins was a graphic artist working for the U.S. Military. Page 5 in my portfolio is dedicated to my dad, and my daughter Seraphina. Seraphina is a Graduate from SFAI the best Art school in California in my opinion.
