A floral arrangement featuring two single-electrode pieces of neon, actually Argon gas with Mercury, where the lighted tubes were created from a single double-electrode tube by cutting it in half with a flame, There are also a number of white LED lights woven into the arrangement as well. The entire arrangement fits into a fabricated clear acrylic vase mounted to a birch stand.
This piece was featured in the "Fireside Lounge" exhibition that is held annually at the Crucible in Oakland to showcase artwork that is created at their facilities.
