Because the chokers are made on memory wire, the curve and stability of the memory wire holds the choker in place to allow the magnetic clasps to attract one another. The magnets release with a little tug.
This teardrop pendant choker was created with a Cobalt 40x30mm Cat's Eye focal bead, 10mm, 8mm, and 6mm round fiber-optic Grade A Cat's eye round beads, Silver Plate tube beads and spacers over memory wire.
Cat's eye glass, or fiber-optic, components create stylish movement as they refract light. The refractions create an oblong band of light that runs through the center resembling a cat's eye. Made with true-color throughout glass for a vibrant, consistent look.
Are those little ear nuts that hold on your pierced earrings getting too little to handle? Do you continually drop them while trying to put on your earrings? Do not worry, you can put on these pierced earrings with one hand.
The earrings were designed with a Silver Plate teardrop frame and 6mm Cat's Eye beads and Silver Plate fishhook ear wires over brass for the functional design.
Each choker is custom-made to fit the wearer. To measure, use a length of string to lightly circle the neck at the position you wish the choker to rest, resulting in just a slight overlap of string at the back. Measure the string.
Some people prefer a high position on the neck, others a slightly lower one. Pick the position that best displays the choker and your clothing neckline.
When your order is complete, use the COMMENT section to send this measurement. The choker will then be created expressly for you.
