  Description
 
This shows my second cat sculpture as an armature. The base is a piece of styrofoam rescued from the beach by my friend Kerry. It has been carved into shape, then a backbone of heavy armature wire with descending ribs was attached, and then a coating of wire mesh was attached with pins and sewn together with fishline. An abrasive experience!
