About the work:
'Sounding' is a painting inspired from numerous excursions chasing whales and dolphins on board the Manate'a, Ocean Odessey or the Lani Kai, just off the Maui coastline.
Most of these whales were found in the Auau, Kealaikahiki, Pailolo or the Kalohi Channels between Maui, Lanai'i, Kahoolawe and Molokai'i.
