This is a truly expansive view of the desert floor in Canyonlands National park. The image title springs from a view that the form of a human face can be discerned in the foreground and the symmetry of the buttes/clouds above seems to describe two different world view.
As with many of the images presented in this series the horizon line is centered in the image view to imply a symmetrical balance between earth and sky.
