trial proof, state 1 In this Linocut, I have been asked to participate in contributing to a portfolio of prints published by the San Francisco Center for the Book. I am one of 18 contributing artists to the portfolio, "La Loteria." I incorporated my image and use of punches and awls to create "The Moon." This print is one of a kind state #1 proof before the final proof is made into an edition.
